🔹 Description
- We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to assist users with technical issues over audio calls, remote desktop sessions, and screen-sharing tools. The candidate will diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and application-related problems with professionalism and accuracy.
🔹 Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via audio calls, chat, email, and remote desktop tools (Zoom, Teams, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux/Ubuntu)
- Application errors
- VPN & network connectivity
- Email/Outlook issues
- Login & password reset support
- Software installation and configuration
- Guide users step-by-step to resolve problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior support team when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation of each support request in the ticketing system.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements
- Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac/Linux/Ubuntu troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) is a plus.
