🔹 Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO, Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Expert to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role combines core digital marketing knowledge with technical SEO and lead generation tactics to scale our online presence.
🔹 Responsibilities
- SEO & Organic Growth:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP tracking.
- Monitor and improve website crawlability, indexation, page speed, site architecture, and core web vitals.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content (landing pages, blogs, product pages).
- Implement internal linking strategies and outreach for high-quality backlinks.
- Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Plan and run multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create, segment, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage remarketing and conversion tracking via Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel, and search console tools.
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns through digital ads, SEO, content funnels, email marketing workflows, and social media.
- Execute B2B cold outreach via LinkedIn, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Smartlead, Instantly) and CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel).
- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and funnels for higher conversions.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
- Set KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting on SEO, paid performance, organic traffic, lead quality, and revenue impact.
- Content & Branding Support:
- Work with internal teams or content creators to produce SEO-optimized content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
- Assist in brand-building initiatives and digital promotions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, product, design, and development teams to integrate marketing efforts.
- Provide guidance on website UX improvements, SEO changes, and conversion optimization.
🔹 Requirements
- Technical Competencies:
- Strong expertise in SEO: on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager.
- Strong command of paid advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
- Lead generation tools & cold outreach platforms (Apollo, Hunter, Smartlead, Mailshake).
- CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, ActiveCampaign).
- Content creation & editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut).
- Email marketing and nurture automation workflows.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Soft Skills:

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (Preferred)
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar are a plus.
